How We Meet Client Expectations when placing HFN Carers

In order to best meet Client expectations when placing a Carer for the first time HFN will:

·       Prepare a detailed job description for the Carer.

·       Discuss the job duties and responsibilities with the Carer.

·       Provide a written Care Plan

·       Identify the specific needs and requirements of the patient.

·       Ensure the Carer understands her role and responsibilities in providing care.

·       Consider the Carers skills, experience, and training when matching with the patient’s needs.

·       Set clear and achievable goals for the Carer.

·       Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the Carer to achieve her goals.

The HFN Registered Nurse will provide regular updates and feedback as well as offer support to the family of the patient.

Further, HFN will always foster open and honest communication with patients/clients and is also willing to make changes to foster a positive work environment and culture.

A Home Assessment by our Registered Nurse will ensure that the Carers skills and personality are matched with the patient's needs and requirements. The RN will also establish clear protocols for emergency situations.

HFN Nursing Agency screens and vets all staff regarding training accreditation and must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience. HFN Carers regularly do refresher courses in different aspects of Home Care at our Kenilworth offices.

It is always our aim to not just meet Client/Patient expectations but to surpass them.

It is also comforting for our carers to work for a company like HFN Nursing Agency, who pays their salaries, UIF and PAYE and will also cover their shift for them to take leave of any kind.
